M.P. AKVN has identified about 1038.57 hectares of land for setting up of proposed Special Economic Zone near Pithampur and in growth center Kheda. Location of this project is suitable because it is adjacent to the Pithampur growth center which is one of the leading growth center of India and located near the most advanced and developed city of Madhya Pradesh i.e. Indore. Indore is the commercial capital of Madhya Pradesh and provides all the social infrastructural and civic amenities required for an industry. Indore air port is likely to be converted into international air port very soon.

AKVN is also constructing one direct road from Indore Airport to Pithampur which will cut the travel time to 25 minutes.
Fully operational Inland container depot managed by Container Corporation of India ( CONCORE) is spread over 6.57 Hect. of land within the SEZ. It is well developed dry port and is well connected by rail and road transport through Indore to major destinations in India.

In the phase I of SEZ 132.00 hectares. of land is fully developed and available for allotment to the units.
